'Toponym Hymnal' will be the third studio release from Animal Holograms. The band's new experimental approach to songwriting and instrumental arrangements will be featured. While preserving the signature sound particular to the band (haunting and pop influenced vocals, nontraditional song structures, surreal and dreamlike lyrics), the record will feature electronic based rhythms using multiple, linked Korg Kaossilators and looping pedals interwoven with real acoustic drums, performed simultaneously.
A release date in January 2017 is anticipated. Still uncertain is whether or not the record will be coming out on Monoblack Records.
